To prevent running difficulties and overheating damage, check the tightness of each connection part to prevent loosening of bolts.

6. The compressed air in the bubble tube should be balanced, because the compressed air will leak out during the towing process to achieve the effect of timely replenishment.

7. Frequently clean and replace the filter screen in the machine head to prevent clogging, and prevent the plastic particles from being mixed with iron, sand, stone and other impurities from falling into the barrel to avoid damage to the screw and barrel.

8. It is strictly forbidden to rotate without material. When the barrel, tee, and die have not reached the required temperature, the host cannot be started.

9. When starting the main motor, start the motor first and then slowly accelerate, and stabilize after reaching the required speed; when turning off the main motor, first decelerate and then shut down.

10. When the film blowing machine is preheating, the heating should not be too long or too high to avoid clogging of the material port; if possible, the automatic temperature control system can be used to set the upper and lower tolerance temperature automatically, which is convenient and safe.
