The structure and function of the baffle plate of the film blowing machine

The baffle plate of the film blowing machine is made of brass plates. There are two pieces, respectively, on the left and right sides between the I and n rollers of the calender. Its function is to produce according to the amount of material used in the production before the calender is produced. And the required width of the product can be adjusted to determine the distance between the two stoppers to control the movement of the molten material into the roller position.

The working installation position and moving method of the baffle plate are shown in Figure 4-32. The picture shows the structure of a general-purpose baffle plate in the four-roll calender in the county. The baffle plate is fixed on the support frame by screws. There is a nut in the upper end hole of the support frame, and the nut is assembled on the screw rod in the beam. When the screw rotates (manually or motor-driven), the nut drives the baffle plate to move left and right, and the different size distances between the two baffle plates are obtained.
