Instructions for use
1. Equipment installation
The equipment should be installed horizontally on a solid ground. Place the mold, traction rubber roller, and take-up rubber roller horizontally, and make the center of the mold and the center of the traction rubber roller on a vertical line, and the concrete is poured and fixed.

2. Operation, adjustment and maintenance, maintenance
1. The operator should be familiar with the film blowing process before proceeding.
2. Before preparing for the test machine, observe whether the rotation direction of each motor is correct, and whether the compressor and blower pipelines are ready to be closed.
3. Adjust the blower, air ring air volume, and heat the barrel die.
4. The heating temperature is generally about 150 ℃~230 ℃, and the temperature gradually rises from the discharge port, which is adjusted according to the quality of the mold tube during the blowing process.
5. After reaching the set temperature, let it self-control and keep it warm for about 20 minutes before driving the extruder to run at a low speed, and slowly add pellets to fill the barrel and mold space.
6. Pay attention to the viscous state of the molten material flowing out of the die, introduce compressed air into the mold channel, clamp the film tube with gloves, make the film tube slowly expand and then send it to the traction rubber roller, adjust the air volume of the fan until the film The tube is stable, reaches the required size, and then reeled.
7. If the thickness is uneven, you can adjust the mold and screw until it is even.
8. If the machine head is a rotating type, start to rotate after the membrane tube stabilizes.
9. Anti-rust oil should be added for long-term shutdown.
